UNITED APARTMENT GROUP is Hiring a Regional Maintenance Coordinator Near Tupelo, MS
- EPA certification - Type I and II
- Valid Driver's License and current automobile with insurance
- Ability to diagnose problems and repair major appliances
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, pool care, pest control, roof and gutter repair, foundation and sidewalk repair, irrigation and maintenance repairs and general carpentry.
- Other licenses and certifications required by state or federal law
- Acting as "Working Coordinator" of Maintenance crews in assigned portfolio.
- Creating/maintaining a current schedule of "on-call" personnel every 6 months.
- Overseeing, directing, teaching, and motivating maintenance staff
- Actively sourcing maintenance personal for open positions
- Ensuring appliance equipment, plumbing m electrical systems, etc. are properly serviced and maintained by each property Maintenance Lead
- Observe and confirm that maintenance staff keep the property grounds, workshops and utility rooms clean, orderly and safe in accordance with OSHA requirements and established company standards and expectations.
